i live in harlow and i really want to sell my property fast…the property does need repair but i have out it up for a low price?

You will probably need a cash buyer if the property is in disrepair. You will need to discount the price deeply to sell quick.

The credit crunch has slowed the housing market since people don’t want to risk uprooting when money is tight. You will probably find it more difficult to get a buyer now than when the market was booming despite the low price.

real estate is NOT selling fast and hasn’t been selling fast for years and average house takes 9-10 months to get sold, which is double the normal average during a healthy real estate market, and if it needs repairs, it will take even longer and/or you will get even lower offers
