I just replaced the belt on my 1998 polaris 500. It still rattels in nuetral as soon as you start to drive it quits down to nothing. Any ideas?

Sounds like operator error.

I haven’t had to change the belt on my ’03 Sportsman 600 yet…it still has the original belt. You just have to know how to maintain them and not abuse them. Going wide-open while stuck in the mud = belt fail.
